Concern for Tubal Pregnancy?

My husband and I were trying to get pregnant in July to have an April baby. My LMP was July 11, so we were trying between July 16 and July 26 almost every day. It’s been 43 days since LMP, but I tested negative. About two days ago I started having mild stabbing pains in right lower abdomen. I have one child by C-section (age two) and the Dr. said I have a fibroid on my uterus. Went to ER about seven yrs ago for appendix but they said it’s not that, it might be a cyst on my ovary, also on the right side. Have I concern for tubal pregnancy?

Missed periods and pelvic pain can be the signs of a tubal pregnancy, among other things, such as an ovarian cyst. Although the pregnancy tests are usually very sensitive, I would repeat the pregnancy test. If the test is positive, or if the pain increases, I would recommend that you be evaluated by your doctor.
