Could this be implantation bleeding?

I found out last week I am pregnant after only 2 months of trying. My last period was 20th July and was supposed to start 15/16 Aug. I have experienced very sore boobs and also lower region cramps that feel like my period cramps, a stitch on and off. Â But today I had some slight bleeding. It was watery and pink, do you think this could be implantation bleeding? Â My ovulation cycle started 03/08.

What you describe certainly does sound like it could be implantation bleeding, both in the timing and the description. Congratulations on your pregnancy! Finding out early permits you to begin taking care of yourself from the very beginning, by making any needed lifestyle adjustments, and beginning prenatal supplements and early prenatal care, starting now to care for that new little baby you will hold in your arms the end of April or beginning of May!
