Is This Because of Pill? Or Abortions?

I was on the pill for nine months last year, then went back on for two months…the pill made me feel very depressed, so I decided to stop. My menstrual cycle became normal after two months. I can’t tell when I ovulate anymore or if I ovulate. After my period my breasts hurt for weeks.
Anyway, my husband and I have decided to have a child… but I can’t seem to get pregnant. It’s been about eight months since I stopped taking the pill. Aside from that, I’ve had three abortions… it’s been several years since. I don’t know if my husband could have anything to do with me not getting pregnant, since we’ve been pregnant three times.
We’re in our mid twenties, so I’m not sure what other factors there are. Could it be the pill or the abortions?

The pill and/or the abortions could be contributing to the difficulty you are having achieving pregnancy. I would strongly advise you to see your OB/GYN for a complete medical workup. If there are problems they can be addressed with treatment. I would also like to suggest you attend an NFP class as the knowledge gained by charting your fertility could be extremely helpful.
