The mean progesterone level for day 5 post ovulation is 14.4 ng/ml, with a standard deviation of 4.7. For day 7, the mean is 15.7 ng/ml, with a standard deviation of 5.7, if the labs are done at the National Hormone Laboratory. This may vary at different labs.
