Two weeks “late” but negative pregnancy test
The cycle length can vary for many reasons. If your ovulation is delayed in a cycle, due to stress or illness for example, your menses will also be delayed. This is the common explanation for what is often perceived as a late period. But if you did ovulate, and have gone more than 17 days past that ovulation without a menses, then you are probably pregnant.
