Did I Ovulate with Temp Rise?

When did I ovulate? I usually have regular 28 day cycles. My husband and I have been charting for about a year and a half and I have never had a cycle like my last one. On day 11, like clockwork, I started having the first signs of fertility via my cervical mucus. On day 16, I saw the stretchiest, clearest discharge. Here’s where things seem to have gone awry: on day 17, there was no bbt shift. All of my cervical mucus(CM) signs went away–I was tacky white, but there continued to be no bbt shift for days. Then, on day 22, my bbt shifted.
So my questions are: When did I ovulate? Did I ovulate on my peak CM day? Did I ovulate on the day my temperature was first high? Also, why did this happen?
