Can This Lead to Pregnancy?

I am really in distress. I wonder if you can help me? I am 20 years old. Me and my boyfriend have been fooling around since last month or so. He masturbated me lots of times over the clothes. He usually wears jeans at the time, but he did not ejaculate. Some times I did the same over his jeans. My menstrual cycle is about 30-35 days. Last time I got period was on 22 Dec and they have not started until today. I am having pain on right side of my lower back. Please let me know whether it can lead to pregnancy.

Thank you for your question. Sorry to know you are in distress as a result of the actions of you and your boyfriend. Yes, you can become pregnant without a complete act of intercourse if your boyfriend has his penis near your vagina at the time of your fertility. The pre-ejaculatory fluid from the man can contain sperm which could enter the vagina. Your lower back pain may due to some type of infection. I would encourage you and your boyfriend to talk to a Natural Family Planning teacher in your area so you both can learn about how wonderfully your bodies are made and learn to monitor your cycles. It is very important for you both to learn to grow in a relationship. Masturbating is not a healthy way for either of you to do that: studies show it leads to a lot of problems. Also talk with your parents or a counselor.
